By solving tech issues and developing efficient solutions, you’ll be positively removing barriers for everyone in the team. We offer paid vacation time, flexible hours, sick/personal days and a benefits package after a probation period. Compensation is $18-$22/hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Staying on top of our IT ticketing/ancillary support, company-wide
  • New hire onboarding, peripheral purchasing, provisioning
  • Managing office networks (VoIP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, QoS, TCP/IP)
  • Maintaining NAS, VPN, RAID, archiving/purging
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Communicating with manufacturers/vendors
  • Recording/film studio maintenance (cable snakes, video/audio signals and devices)

Requirements:

  • High emotional intelligence
  • Great interpersonal communication
  • Creative and abstract thinking practices
  • Mac/Windows operating systems
  • Building/maintaining PC & Mac hardware
  • Small-medium business networking
  • Understanding of VoIP systems
  • General electronics knowledge -- components, signal flow
  • Google suite apps
  • Ability to work at our headquarters in Abbotsford, BC
  • Availability for flexible working hours
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs

Bonus Points:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, business, or related field
  • CompTIA or related certifications
  • Audio/Video/Broadcast experience
  • You play an instrument
