Shipping Questions

  • Are you able to ship to my country? How much does it cost?

    We ship to all major countries worldwide. Our flat-rate shipping costs are based on weight, starting at $5 for USA/Canada and $9 internationally.

  • How long does shipping normally take (US/Canada/International)?

    Shipping times can vary, but are generally:
    US/Canada: 5-7 business days
    International: 7-14 business days

  • What shipping methods do you use, and where do you ship from?

    We ship using USPS for all USA, Canada, and International orders from our shipping facility in California, USA.


Payment/Financing Questions

  • How does the 90-day money back guarantee work?

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your lessons. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply contact Support within 90 days of your purchase to close your account and get a full refund. No hassles.

  • Can I order without using a credit card?

    Yes! You can also order using PayPal. Or if you would like to arrange any of these alternative payment methods, please phone or email us using the contact information on this website.

  • Do I need to get pre-approved to use the payment plan option?

    No. Our payment plans simply divide the charges to your credit card for the duration of the plan. If you select a two-payment plan, your credit card will be billed monthly for exactly two months. The very first payment will also include the cost of shipping for all orders with physical products.

  • If I use a payment plan, when are my payments due?

    Your first payment is processed immediately during your order, and it includes the cost of shipping. All following payments will be processed in 30 day intervals from the date of purchase. All physical products included in your order are shipped within 1-2 business days after your first payment is processed, and you get instant online-access to any online/digital products included in your order.

  • Can I update/change the dates of my monthly payment plan?

    Sorry, there is no option to change the dates of your payment plan once it has been initiated. However, you do have the option to change the credit card being used to process the payments, and you are welcome to pay off the remaining balance early by giving us a call.

  • Can I update/change the credit card being used for payments?

    Yes, you can switch the credit card on file by calling our office.
